Job Summary
Own, support and optimise a hybrid infrastructure stack across on‑prem servers, Azure services, networks, storage and security layers
Keep the ecosystem performing by managing Hyper‑V clusters, HP Synergy, backups, patching, upgrades and high‑availability systems
Strengthen hybrid continuity by maintaining LAN/WAN/VPN, Azure VNets, NSGs, VoIP, and cloud‑integrated environments
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5+ years in IT Infrastructure Engineering with strong exposure to Windows/Linux, Hyper‑V, HP hardware, Microsoft 365, Azure AD and networking fundamentals
Confident with VEEAM, storage tech, failover clusters, DNS, Azure networking, and hybrid troubleshooting
Solid understanding of ITSM practices, system architecture and technical documentation
Qualification:
Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or related, with advantageous certifications such as ITIL, HP Networking, Microsoft AZ‑104/305, Linux certs or Cisco CCNA/CCNP
