Capture and organise job cards accurately and efficiently.
Implement new processes and procedures to boost office productivity.
Maintain open, effective communication with staff and customers, promptly resolving inquiries.
Assist with inventory management and procurement of office supplies.
Provide general administrative support by answering calls and emails promptly.
Duties:
Manage invoicing, filing, and record maintenance.
Follow up on payments and manage accounts receivable.
Schedule and coordinate electrician appointments.
Capture and organize job cards.
Drive process improvements for increased efficiency.
Communicate effectively with staff and clients.

Requirements:
Proven experience in office administration or similar role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
