You will lead development initiatives including Scripting and Infrastructure as Code (IaC), identify skill gaps, conduct regular assessments of DevOps processes while building solutions and solving problems for clients. DUTIES:

· Ensure seamless client support by meeting or exceeding service-level objectives.

· Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members, fostering growth and knowledge sharing.

· Lead development initiatives related to:

Ø New client requirements

Ø System enhancements and process automation

Ø Innovation requests

Ø Scripting and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

· Identify skill gaps within the team and coordinate training initiatives to address them.

· Conduct regular assessments of DevOps processes, implementing improvements where necessary.

· Deliver structured monthly reports covering team performance, client concerns, and project progress.

· Ensure adherence to best practices in CI/CD, infrastructure automation.

· Build solutions and solve problems for clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Grade 12 / Matric Certification.

· 4+ Years of experience in IT Infrastructure Management.

· 3 - 5 Years of hands-on experience with Linux Server, Windows Server, and Networking.

· 3 - 5 years of experience in Software Development and Scripting.

· 1 - 2 Years of experience in virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM).

· Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Ansible, Docker, and infrastructure automation.

· Proficiency in scripting and development: NodeJS, Perl, Bash, Python, PHP.

· Version Control and collaboration: Git, Jira.

· Configuration management and deployment: Ansible, Terraform.

· Strong networking knowledge: Cisco (CCNA), MikroTik, Networking+.

· Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and API development (REST, JSON, XML, YAML).

· Valid Code B driver’s license with own transport.

Desirable –

· Certifications in Linux (RHCE), Windows (MCSE), Security+, or VMware.

· Experience in Frontend technologies: VueJS, HTML, CSS.

· Knowledge of Open-Source technologies and Container Orchestration.
