About the opportunity:
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft 365
- Hands‑on experience with automation and modern endpoint management
- Involvement in incident response and problem resolution
- Clear learning path toward more senior cloud or infrastructure roles
- Provide L2‑level support and assist with escalated incidents across endpoint, identity, VPN/ZTNA, and cloud services
- Support access control and identity management using Entra ID and Conditional Access
- Assist with endpoint management using Intune and Autopilot for Windows and macOS devices
- Perform troubleshooting across networking fundamentals including VPNs, DNS, and connectivity issues
- Support incident response activities, including account lockouts, MFA issues, and email security escalations
- Assist with scripting and automation tasks using PowerShell or similar tools
- Contribute to documentation, runbooks, and process improvements
Education:
- Relevant IT qualification or equivalent practical experience
- 2–4 years’ experience in an IT Support, Service Desk, or IT Operations role
- exposure to cloud or hybrid Microsoft environments
- Experience working in structured support teams or fast‑paced environments
- Basic to intermediate experience with Azure and Entra ID
- Familiarity with Intune and endpoint management concepts
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, routing, VPN concepts)
- Introductory experience with PowerShell scripting or automation tools
- Exposure to Microsoft 365 services and security features
