??? ??????????? ??????????? is partnering with a Karoo Agri Tourism destination to work with them in recruiting a hands-on and experienced ??????????? ??????? to be based on-site in the Karoo. This growing hospitality business combines a licensed Tea Garden & Deli seating 45–50 guests, guest accommodation, a small wine boutique and deli section, tourism experiences including an Aquaponics farm, and small functions, conferences and community events. The owners' objective over the next two years is to grow the business into a consistently profitable operation. They are looking for someone who will treat the business as if it were their own and help build its reputation and profitability. The successful candidate will live on the property and take full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the business. This includes managing the guest accommodation, overseeing the daily operation of the Tea Garden and Deli, and delivering exceptional guest service, while supervising and motivating a small team of staff. The role also covers reservations and guest communications, stock control and purchasing, daily cash-ups and financial administration, and general office administration and reporting. Beyond the daily operations, the successful candidate will manage social media updates and basic marketing, maintain consistently high standards of cleanliness, presentation and hospitality, and help grow the business and improve its profitability. Requirements • Previous hospitality management experience • Strong administration and organisational skills • Excellent people management and communication skills • Fluent in English and Afrikaans • Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office • Experience with reservation systems (an advantage) • Financial awareness, including cash handling, stock control and cost management • A practical, hands-on approach to problem solving • A genuine appreciation for rural living and community life Remuneration Package Includes • Maximum of R25 000,00 pm • Furnished accommodation • Water, electricity and Wi-Fi • Performance-based incentives • A structured work/leave cycle, with owners available for support and holiday cover • The opportunity to build and lead a growing owner-managed hospitality business ➡️ PLEASE NOTE – Although we appreciate all applications received, we will only reply to those candidates who have the background and experience required.
