Key Responsibilities
Packaging & Artwork Production
Create and prepare packaging designs, labels, and print-ready artwork.
Execute artwork amendments and revisions accurately.
Ensure artwork complies with print and production specifications.
Assist with packaging development and product launch initiatives.
Develop mock-ups and visual concepts for new products and product relaunches.
Brand Management & Visual Identity
Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs.
Apply and uphold established brand guidelines.
Identify and flag visual inconsistencies where required.
Ensure all artwork aligns with approved visual identity standards.
Campaign & Promotional Design
Design promotional and campaign-related creative materials.
Develop launch, event, and activation branding assets.
Produce signage, décor elements, and promotional collateral.
Support seasonal campaigns, product promotions, and marketing initiatives.
Publication & Digital Design
Design and update catalogues, magazines, brochures, and printed collateral.
Create digital assets for websites, portals, applications, and internal platforms.
Format product information and promotional content for digital channels.
Support content design requirements across multiple communication platforms.
Studio Administration & Workflow Management
Manage artwork filing and version control processes.
Support proofing, approval, and production workflows.
Maintain organised design archives and project documentation.
Ensure project timelines and creative deadlines are consistently achieved.
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications
Experience
1–2 years graphic design experience.
Internship, studio, agency, or junior in-house design experience.
Exposure to packaging and artwork production advantageous.
Experience designing digital and social media assets.
Experience working within established brand guidelines.
Portfolio showcasing design capability across print and digital mediums.
