The Role * Provide first-class customer service to guests and property owners * Handle enquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and warmth * Support check-ins and check-outs, including occasional evenings/weekends * Maintain accurate records of bookings, communications, and guest preferences * Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless guest experiences * Resolve guest queries or complaints quickly and efficiently * Uphold brand standards and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction ?
