About the Role:
Take the lead in the curtaining department of a well-known retail group in Vereeniging. As the Curtain Sales Manager, you’ll oversee the full customer journey - from consultation and sales to delivery and installation - ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.
- Consult with customers and recommend suitable curtaining solutions
- Coordinate stock orders, deliveries, and installations
- Visit homes for measurements and provide expert advice
- Process payments and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain product displays and manage inventory
Requirements
Key Requirements Include:- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in home décor, interior design, or curtaining sales
- Matric certificate, Grade 12 or similar Qualification
- A qualification in Interior Design, Retail Management, or Sales is highly advantageous
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of curtaining products and trends
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with suppliers and installers
- Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
