Maintenance Supervisor – Welgevonden Game Reserve, Limpopo Introduction A prestigious luxury lodge in the Welgevonden Game Reserve, Limpopo, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee lodge infrastructure, guest areas, staff facilities, vehicles, and equipment. This is a unique opportunity to join the hospitality industry in a remote safari environment, ensuring world‑class standards of safety, functionality, and presentation. The role is vital in preserving asset value, supporting exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Job Requirements and Responsibilities Implement and manage a preventative maintenance programme across lodge facilities. Conduct inspections and address maintenance issues promptly. Hands‑on work in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, welding, and general repairs. Maintain generators, solar systems, water systems, sewage systems, and firefighting equipment. Supervise; train, and motivate the maintenance team to achieve high standards. Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and enforce safety protocols. Ensure guest‑facing areas meet luxury lodge presentation standards. Respond discreetly to guest maintenance requests. Collaborate with Housekeeping and Front‑of‑House teams. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Support sustainability initiatives in water, power, and waste management. Minimum 3–5 years’ maintenance experience, preferably in safari lodges. Supervisory experience essential; trade qualification advantageous. Valid driver’s licence required. Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions; ability to work under pressure and respond to emergencies. Package R 13 000 per month Live‑in position 21 days on / 7 days off cycle 5% Provident Fund Meals included Start Date: Immediate
