Hospitality & Outdoor – New Vacancy - Maintenance Supervisor Luxury Lodge – Vaalwater, Limpopo A luxury safari lodge is looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all lodge maintenance, infrastructure, and team coordination in a remote bush environment. Requirements: · 3–5 years’ maintenance experience, preferably in a safari lodge or remote hospitality environment · Proven supervisory or leadership experience · Trade qualification advantageous (electrician, plumber, carpenter, etc.) · Working knowledge of generators and water systems · Valid driver’s licence · Physically fit and comfortable working in a remote bush environment Responsibilities: · Manage and implement a preventative maintenance programme across the lodge · Hands-on maintenance: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, welding, and general repairs · Maintain generators, solar systems, water systems, sewage, and firefighting equipment · Conduct regular inspections and resolve issues proactively · Supervise, train, and manage the maintenance team · Allocate tasks and ensure work is completed on time and to standard · Ensure guest areas are maintained to luxury lodge standards · Respond quickly and discreetly to guest-related maintenance issues · Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards · Support sustainability and conservation practices Package on Offer: · R10,000 per month CTC depending on experience · Live-in position · 3 weeks on / 7 days off · Provident fund · Uniform and meals provided Start Date: ASAP
