Key Responsibilities
Welcome clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming telephone calls.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is neat and welcoming at all times.
Schedule appointments and assist with meeting room bookings.
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and courier deliveries.
Assist with general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, photocopying, and document preparation.
Capture and update client information accurately.
Order and monitor office stationery and supplies.
Provide administrative support to the accounting team as required.
Maintain confidentiality of all client and company information.
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 (Matric).
1–3 years' experience in a receptionist, front office, or administrative role will be advantageous.
Previous experience in a professional office environment is beneficial but not essential.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional telephone etiquette and a client-focused approach.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Reliable, trustworthy, and eager to learn.

Salary: R10,000 – R13,000 per month, depending on experience.
