Job Summary
Manage and optimize paid media and SEO campaigns across multiple clients to deliver high-quality leads, measurable results, and client satisfaction, while ensuring spend aligns with client budgets and the lead journey is clearly structured and supported by optimal database and communication systems.
1. Client Campaign Management
Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns for multiple clients across platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and others.
Ensure campaigns meet client objectives, brand guidelines, and lead generation goals.
2. SEO Management
Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve client website visibility, traffic, and lead generation.
Optimize on-page and technical SEO, including keywords, meta tags, site structure, and content recommendations.
Monitor SEO performance and adjust strategies to improve rankings and organic conversions.
3. Lead Journey & Funnel Management
Map and maintain a structured lead funnel that qualifies leads and enables scoring.
Ensure paid media campaigns drive leads effectively through the funnel.
Focus on generating high-quality, actionable leads rather than volume alone.
4. Database & Communication Setup
Structure client databases to optimally support lead capture, segmentation, and communication.
Set up automated lead follow-up emailers and nurture sequences aligned with the lead journey.
Mailchimp: Set up the account timeously to align with campaign go-live, configure the mailer journey and audiences, ensure databases are set up accordingly, and link autoresponders (ARs) to lead conversion.
Ensure the system supports lead scoring, tracking, and analysis to optimize campaigns and conversion.
5. Budget Management
Track and manage campaign spend for each client.
Ensure campaigns stay within budget while maximizing ROI and lead quality.
Recommend budget adjustments to improve performance.
6. Performance Monitoring, Analysis & Optimization
Track campaign performance and lead quality metrics daily/weekly.
Analyse how leads interact with the funnel and communication sequences.
Optimize targeting, creatives, budgets, database structure, and email flows to maximize conversions and ROI.
7. Reporting & Insights
Provide concise client reports including KPIs such as CPL, CTR, conversion rate, lead quality, funnel progression, SEO rankings, organic traffic, and ROI.
Deliver actionable insights to improve campaigns, lead qualification, and the end-to-end journey.
8. Collaboration & Client Support
Work closely with account managers, creative teams, and clients to align campaigns, databases, and communication strategies with overall business objectives.
Support strategy discussions to continuously improve the lead generation process and database optimization
Multiple client campaigns consistently deliver qualified leads through structured funnels and optimized SEO performance.
Campaigns remain on budget while maximizing ROI and lead quality.
Databases and communication sequences support a seamless lead journey and enable actionable analysis.
SEO strategies improve organic visibility, traffic, and conversions.
Clear, actionable reporting enhances client trust and supports continuous optimization of paid media, SEO, and lead strategy.
