This role offers the opportunity to manage a combination of restaurant service, deli-style offerings, food & beverage operations, and events within a scenic countryside setting. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and deli, while also ensuring the smooth delivery of food and beverage services across the broader property. A key component of this role includes leading the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring that each function is delivered to a high standard and exceeds guest expectations. We are looking for a hands-on hospitality professional with strong leadership capabilities, a passion for service excellence, and the ability to oversee multiple operational areas simultaneously. Key Responsibilities & Requirements Oversee daily restaurant and deli operations Manage all Food & Beverage services across the property Plan; coordinate, and execute events end-to-end Lead; train, and manage front-of-house and kitchen teams Maintain high service standards and guest satisfaction Manage stock, budgets, and operational costs Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills Experience in multi-faceted hospitality environments preferred Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays Package - Salary: R30 000 – R35 000 CTC (depending on experience) - 2-Bedroom House available to rent Start Date: ASAP
