Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a professional and reliable FOH Anchor to join a luxury tented camp in the Timbavati. This live-in role requires a versatile individual who can manage front-of-house operations while maintaining high standards of guest service and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience
Host and engage with guests to provide a personalised luxury experience
Conduct room inspections and maintain high accommodation standards
Liaise with kitchen team regarding plated food service and service timing
Manage bar service and curio shop operations, including stock and sales
Assist with ordering, stock rotation, and stock takes
Support month-end reporting and administrative duties as required
Requirements & Skills:
Previous experience in a front-of-house or hospitality anchor role, preferably in a luxury safari or tented camp environment
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment
Professional, guest-focused, and adaptable to changing operational needs
Team player with a proactive and reliable attitude
