Hospitality & Outdoor – New Vacancy - Lodge Manager Luxury Safari Lodge – Thabazimbi, Limpopo Requirements: · Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a senior lodge management or guest services role · Experience in a 5-star safari lodge or boutique hotel environment · Proven track record in delivering exceptional guest experiences · Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills · Professional, emotionally mature, and adaptable · Highly organised with attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills · Solid understanding of luxury lodge operations and guest expectations · Valid driver’s licence and own transport essential · Computer literate (MS Office Suite) and familiar with property management systems Responsibilities: · Lead and manage the lodge team to deliver a seamless, luxury guest experience · Be a visible, hands-on host engaging with guests, handling queries, complaints, and VIP requests · Maintain and improve guest service standards, using feedback to drive continuous improvement · Ensure smooth communication and collaboration across all lodge departments · Oversee lodge operations including cleanliness, presentation, departmental procedures, and SOP compliance · Manage staff development, training, performance, and succession planning · Monitor financial processes, expenditure, stock control, and supplier relations without compromising service quality · Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, fire, HACCP, HR policies, and sustainability initiatives · Prepare timely and accurate reports for management on guest feedback, service performance, and team development Package on offer: · Market related salary, depending on experience · Live-in position Start Date: ASAP
