Role Overview
The Lodge Manager will oversee all lodge operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day running, high staff performance, and memorable guest experiences, while managing administration and basic accounting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily lodge operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, and stock control
Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and efficiently
Supervise, mentor, and evaluate staff performance
Maintain accurate records and perform basic accounting tasks
Ensure operational systems and processes are efficient and effective
Requirements
Proven experience in lodge or hospitality management
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Leadership ability with excellent communication skills
Passion for guest service with a keen eye for detail
