Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the overall day-to-day operations of the lodge

Lead and motivate the lodge team to deliver exceptional standards of service

Ensure an outstanding and personalised guest experience

Maintain high operational, hospitality and service standards across the property

Oversee staff performance, training and development
-
Manage operational budgets and contribute to the lodge's financial performance

Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, suppliers and stakeholders

Ensure the property is consistently maintained to luxury standards

Drive a positive team culture and lead by example
Key Requirements:

Proven experience in a senior management role within a luxury lodge or hospitality environment

Strong operational and leadership capabilities

Excellent guest relations and communication skills

Sound financial and administrative understanding

Ability to lead, motivate and develop a diverse team

Strong attention to detail and a hands-on approach

Professional, confident and well-presented manner

Passion for luxury hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences

The ability to work effectively in a remote lodge environment
