Candidates should demonstrate a proven track record in restaurant management, excellent leadership abilities, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and commercial awareness will be essential for success in this role. Job Description & Requirements: • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery and guest satisfaction. • Lead, mentor, and manage restaurant staff while maintaining high performance and productivity standards. • Manage stock control, cost management, operational procedures, staff scheduling, and compliance requirements. • Monitor financial performance and contribute to achieving revenue and profitability targets. • Minimum 3 years' restaurant management experience within a hospitality environment. • Strong leadership, people management, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Proven ability to manage operations, customer service standards, and team development. • Excellent organisational skills with a hands-on management approach. Package - Salary: R18,000 – R22,000 per month (negotiable based on experience, track record and suitability) Start Date: ASAP
