Job Description & Requirements: • Oversee all aspects of daily business operations, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and efficient service delivery. • Lead, mentor, and develop management and operational teams to achieve performance objectives. • Manage budgets, financial reporting, cost controls, stock management, and business profitability. • Implement and maintain operational procedures, quality standards, and compliance requirements. • Minimum 5 years' senior hospitality management experience. • Strong leadership, business management, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Proven ability to manage multiple departments and drive operational performance. • Commercially aware with a hands-on management style and excellent organisational skills. Package - Salary: R25,000 – R30,000 per month (negotiable based on experience, track record and suitability) Start Date: ASAP
