SPA & WELLNESS THERAPIST
STELLENBOSCH - Cape Winelands (South Africa)
START: 01 May 2026
TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:
- Monday to Sunday
- 08:00 - 17:00 / 09:00 - 18:00 (rotate)
- 1x Weekend (Sat & Sun) OFF per month + Days off in the week
- Annual Leave
REPORTS TO: SPA Manager / Managing Director
EMPLOYMENT TERMS: Full time / Permanent
SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS:
- R8,500 - R10,000 Basic Salary per month (negotiable based on desired skills & experience)
- Service Commission (targeted)
- Retail Commission (targeted)
- Performance Incentives
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- South African national based in Stellenbosch
- Confident speaking English & Afrikaans
- DIPLOMA Somatology / Health & Skin Care / Cosmetology / Beauty Therapy (minimum 2-year diploma)
- CIDESCO / ITEC / SAAHSP / CIBTAC or similar internationally accredited
- Skilled and confident to perform:
- Facials (including Advanced & Deep Cleanse with extractions)
- Body Therapies (including Scrubs, Wraps, Spa Therapies)
- Manicure & Pedicure with gel polish and nail polish
- Massage Therapies
- Slimming & Wellness Therapist
EXPERIENCE:
-
- At least TWO years post-graduation experience working in a SPA / Cruise Ship
- BONUS - holistic therapies qualification
