Key Responsibilities
Support the Executive Chef in the daily management of kitchen operations
Assist with menu development, food preparation, and service delivery
Ensure consistently high standards of food quality and presentation
Supervise, train, and mentor junior kitchen staff
Maintain hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times
Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising wastage
Step into the lead role in the absence of the Executive Chef
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef in a luxury restaurant
Solid culinary skills and a passion for fine dining
Strong leadership and communication abilities
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Professional, reliable, and team-oriented approach
