Working Hours

• Morning shift: 06:00 – 15:00

• Afternoon shift: 11:00 – 20:00

• Includes a 1-hour lunch break

• Required to work every second weekend

• No night shifts

Role Overview

We are looking for a friendly, professional and eager-to-learn Receptionist to join the front desk team.

The Receptionist will work closely with the Head Receptionist and will be responsible for assisting guests, handling general reception duties and supporting the smooth daily operation of the property.

Previous reception experience is not essential; however, candidates with hospitality, customer service or reception experience will have an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests upon arrival.

• Provide friendly and professional customer service.

• Respond to guest enquiries in person and via email.

• Assist with general reception duties.

• Handle basic guest administration.

• Maintain accurate guest information.

• Answer queries and direct requests appropriately.

• Assist the Head Receptionist with daily reception activities.

• Follow established procedures and instructions.

• Assist with general administrative duties.

• Maintain a professional and welcoming reception environment.

• Communicate guest requests to the appropriate operational team members.

Requirements

• No formal qualification required.

• Previous reception, hospitality or customer service experience is advantageous but not essential.

• Computer literate.

• Comfortable using email and basic computer systems.

• Able to communicate professionally with guests face-to-face and in writing.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Willingness to learn.

• Ability to follow instructions and take direction.

• Fast learner.

• Friendly and professional manner.

• Reliable and punctual.

• Able to work well as part of a team.

• Comfortable working rotational shifts and every second weekend.
