Our client, a dynamic and growing property investment and development company, is looking for an analytical and commercially driven Property Analyst to join their Growth & Acquisitions team. This is an exciting opportunity for a property professional who thrives on evaluating investments, conducting financial feasibility studies, and contributing to the strategic growth of a diverse property portfolio.

What You'll Be Doing

Acquisitions & Investment Analysis

• Identify and assess new property acquisition opportunities.

• Conduct market research, rental analysis, and capitalisation rate assessments.

• Prepare financial feasibility studies and investment evaluations.

• Present acquisition opportunities and recommendations to management.

• Coordinate due diligence investigations and compile comprehensive reports.

• Support finance applications and stakeholder engagement throughout the acquisition process.

Property Development

• Evaluate development opportunities across existing and new land holdings.

• Prepare financial feasibility models for proposed developments.

• Work closely with development teams, consultants, and external professionals.

• Assist with project planning, budgeting, and cost monitoring.

• Support leasing and marketing initiatives for completed developments.

• Attend site meetings and provide ongoing project analysis and recommendations.

Property Sales & Disposals

• Assist in developing sales strategies for identified properties.

• Coordinate with property agents to market assets.

• Prepare professional sales packs and supporting documentation.

• Monitor sales progress and facilitate purchaser due diligence.

General Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with property agents, brokers, and industry stakeholders.

• Conduct market research and property-related analysis.

• Prepare reports on acquisitions, developments, and disposals.

• Support tender submissions and special projects where required.

What We're Looking For

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Property Studies, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Commerce, or a related field.

• Experience in property analysis, acquisitions, investment analysis, commercial property, or property development.

• Strong financial modelling and feasibility analysis skills.

• Sound understanding of property markets and investment principles.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
