Role purpose:
To support the setup, maintenance, and adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot agents and business automation, improving operational efficiency and reducing manual administrative workload across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the configuration, testing, and maintenance of Microsoft 365 Copilot agents.
- Assist with Power Automate workflows (notifications, reminders, approvals).
- Maintain SharePoint lists and approved content used by automations and Copilot.
- Perform testing, basic troubleshooting, and documentation.
- Provide first-line user support and assist with adoption.
- Ensure adherence to data governance and POPIA requirements.
- Provide support role.
- Documented processes and instructions.
- Escalates complex technical or compliance matters.
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot
- Comfortable with SharePoint,
- Teams, and Outlook
- Power Automate / Power Apps
- Business Value
