HR Generalist Stellenbosch
Our Client in Technology is looking for a HR Generalist with 4 Years experience. You will be responsible for the human resources department by handling a wide range of HR tasks. The specific job specifications for an HR Generalist can vary depending on the organization. The HR Generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with senior HR management in supporting designated geographic regions.
Salary R 40 000 – R 45000 pm
Min Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably as an HR Generalist.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding
- Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and issues.
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues and conduct investigations as needed.
- Support the performance review process, including tracking and documentation.
- Assist managers with performance improvement plans
- Benefits Administration
- Administer various employee benefits programs, such as group health, flexible spending accounts, dental and vision, accident and disability, life insurance and wellness benefits.
- Conduct benefits orientations and other benefits training.
- Compliance and Policy Implementation
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Training and Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
- Assist in the development of training materials and conduct training sessions.
- HR Administration
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
- Prepare reports and analyze HR metrics.
