We are looking for a passionate, creative, and operationally strong Head Chef to lead a purpose-driven culinary experience focused on fresh, seasonal, nourishing food. ✨ What You’ll Do • Design seasonal menus inspired by garden-grown and locally sourced ingredients • Create inclusive dining experiences catering to diverse dietary needs • Lead kitchen operations with excellence in quality, presentation, and nutrition • Drive food cost management, stock control, and supplier relationships • Ensure exceptional hygiene, safety, and kitchen SOP standards • Bring innovation, creativity, and wellness-focused culinary trends into the kitchen • Oversee baking and pastry offerings ?
