Job Summary
Guest Liaison Location: Cape Town Industry: Luxury Hospitality We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Guest Liaison to join a luxury hospitality team, playing a key role in curating seamless, personalised guest experiences from pre-arrival through to stay . This role is highly administrative and requires a thoughtful, organised individual who can anticipate guest needs, compile bespoke itineraries, and ensure every detail is perfectly aligned ahead of arrival. Key Responsibilities Guest Experience & Pre-Arrival Planning Create tailored, bespoke itineraries for guests prior to arrival Assist with restaurant reservations, tours, transfers, and special arrangements Engage with guests directly where required, ensuring a high-touch, personalised approach Reservations & Enquiry Management Manage all incoming emails and reservation enquiries within a 2-hour response time Assist with lodge reservations and ensure all bookings are accurate and confirmed Maintain a strong understanding of rates, offers, and contracted agreements Coordination & Administration Review all upcoming arrivals daily, ensuring accuracy and completeness Prepare and distribute daily arrival communications to all departments (by 10h00) Maintain and update guest history profiles and booking notes (rolling two-week cycle) Ensure all special requests and VIP guest requirements are handled with precision and care Requirements Qualification in Hospitality, Travel, or Tourism preferred 2–3 years’ experience in concierge, guest liaison, or reservations Strong administrative and organisational skills Experience with PMS systems Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel Excellent command of English (additional languages advantageous) Comfortable engaging with high-profile and discerning guests Why Join?
