Guest Liaison – Luxury Lodges & Spa – Stellenbosch A leading luxury lodge and spa estate is seeking a Guest Liaison to manage guest communication, bespoke itinerary planning, and reservations support in a premium hospitality environment. Description: Our client, a renowned luxury hospitality estate in Stellenbosch, is seeking a Guest Liaison to oversee guest engagement from pre-arrival through to departure. This is a detail-driven and guest-centric role focused on delivering seamless, personalised experiences. You will manage incoming guest communications, coordinate reservations for dining, experiences, and transfers, and prepare bespoke itineraries tailored to individual guest preferences. You will also support reservations administration and ensure all guest data, booking notes, and system updates are accurate and up to date. Strong organisational skills, excellent communication ability, and a proactive approach to guest service are essential. This role requires someone who can anticipate guest needs and ensure every touchpoint reflects a high level of luxury hospitality service. Salary: R18,000 – R23,000 per month Requirements: • Hospitality / Tourism / Travel qualification preferred • 2–3 years’ experience in concierge, reservations, or guest relations • Experience with PMS systems advantageous • Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Excellent communication and attention to detail • Ability to work in a luxury, fast-paced environment • Guest-focused and highly organised
