GROUPS & EVENTS COORDINATOR Create Exceptional Experiences in a Iconic Winelands Destination We are looking for an organised, service-driven Groups & Events Coordinator to join our Sales Team in a renowned Winelands estate known for its heritage, natural beauty, and unforgettable hospitality experiences. This role supports the Groups & Events Manager and plays a key part in shaping celebrations, corporate gatherings, and group stays that reflect the property’s distinctive blend of elegance, authenticity, and warm hospitality. Key Responsibilities: Manage all group and event enquiries with promptness, accuracy, and a guest-centric approach Host site inspections that showcase the property’s venues, landscapes, and unique offerings Capture and manage booking details in Mews and Pixier with meticulous attention to detail Drive conversions through professional follow-ups, clear communication, and contract negotiations where needed Work closely with clients to gather all requirements, ensuring each function or group stay is personalised and seamlessly planned Communicate all details to relevant departments through well-crafted group resumes and function sheets Oversee billing and payment arrangements, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and smooth financial processes Support the Sales Team’s commitment to delivering refined, memorable experiences across all events and group stays Skills & Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management 2–3 years’ experience in Events or the Hospitality industry Strong function planning, coordination, and administrative abilities Proficient in Mews & Pixier ; with strong overall computer literacy Valid driver’s licence Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with guests, clients, and internal teams
