THE ROLE

• Lead financial performance, reporting, budgeting and forecasting across multiple operations
  

• Turn complex financial and operational data into commercial insight
  

• Drive profitability, cash flow, working capital and operational efficiencies
  

• Oversee financial controls, risk, inventory and capital investment
  

• Evaluate new business opportunities, projects and expansion initiatives
  

• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing finance team
  

• Partner directly with executive and operational leadership
  

Requirements

WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• CA(SA) or CIMA (CGMA)
  

• 5+ years’ relevant financial management experience
  

• Strong commercial and financial analysis capability
  

• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, agri or operational environments highly advantageous
  

• Proven leadership and team development experience
  

• Someone who can see beyond the numbers and confidently influence business decisions
