This live-in role is ideal for an individual or couple who can confidently take responsibility for the day-to-day management and hosting of high-end guests at a private residence.
Key Responsibilities:
Full operational management of the villa, including all aspects of housekeeping, hosting, and maintenance
Deliver a seamless and personalised guest experience with a strong focus on hospitality and discretion
Manage and oversee household staff, contractors, and service providers
Ensure the property is maintained to a high standard at all times
Prepare and manage budgets, inventories, and general administration
Be presentable, professional, and proactive in identifying and addressing the needs of guests and the property
Requirements:
Previous experience in luxury hospitality, private villa, or boutique hotel management
Strong hosting and interpersonal skills with a natural sense of service
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Hands-on and detail-orientated approach to property care and guest services
Must be a non-smoker
Ideally suited to a mature, professional live-in individual or couple
