We are seeking a Front Office Supervisor to lead daily front desk operations and deliver excellent guest service from arrival to departure. The role includes supervising and supporting the team, handling guest queries and issues, managing room inventory, supporting the Duty Manager, and ensuring smooth, efficient operations while meeting performance targets. Key Responsibilities: – Leadership: Supervise daily operations, providing on-the-floor coaching and mentorship to ensure the team is inspired and aligned. In addition, support operations by covering duty management shifts. – Guest Excellence: Monitor guest sentiment and quality standards to ensure every journey, from arrival to farewell, is memorable. – System Management: Manage room inventory and shift logistics using Opera Cloud and other integrated hospitality tech. – Problem Solving: Act as the primary point of contact for guest resolutions and service recovery. – Operational Results: Support the team in achieving upselling targets while maintaining impeccable financial accuracy and smooth operational processes. Requirements: – Matric – Hospitality-related Tertiary Qualification (advantageous) – 2–4 years of front office experience, with 1+ years in a supervisory role in hospitality environment – Computer literate with experience with MS Office and 2 years’ experience in Opera Cloud – Ability to Work various shifts – Strong leadership and team supervision skills – Knowledge of hotel procedures, reservations, and guest services – Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Competencies: – Devotion to quality – Results orientated – Team Building – Initiative – Directing – Structuring – Providing feedback – Analyzing and forming opinions We offer: – An empowering environment. – A remuneration package including risk benefits – 21 working days leave per annum – Other company benefits – Training and development opportunities To apply, please click on the apply button and follow the instructions.
