The ideal candidate will be experienced in a fast-paced kitchen environment, capable of producing high-quality dishes consistently, and contribute to a well-organised and efficient kitchen team.
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a catering, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
Pastry experience will be advantageous.
Must have own transport and a valid driver’s licence.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Knowledge of health, safety, and food hygiene standards.
High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all food served.
Assist with menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen organisation.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen at all times.
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations.
Comply with all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
