Banqueting Head Chef Luxury Wine Estate Our client, a prestigious luxury wine estate with strong international appeal, is seeking an exceptional Banqueting Head Chef to lead and elevate its banqueting and events culinary offering. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a refined, high-performing banqueting operation within a premium hospitality environment. The Role The Banqueting Head Chef will take full ownership of all banqueting and event culinary operations—from weddings and corporate functions to bespoke private dining and estate celebrations. This role requires a confident culinary leader with strong operational discipline, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to quality.
