A great opportunity is available for an energetic; health-conscious and highly organised Operations Support Coordinator to support the corporate stores of this high-end health brand, across South Africa. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines strong operational and Occupational Health & Safety experience with excellent communication, planning and coordination skills — and who can confidently represent and live the brand. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate maintenance, facilities, equipment repairs and operational support across Corporate Stores. Monitor Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), regulatory compliance, risk assessments and safety inspections. Implement and maintain OHS frameworks, monitoring systems, SOPs and statutory records. Coordinate service providers, contractors, transport vendors and internal support teams. Maintain monthly reports, dashboards and operational compliance records. Ensure stores remain safe, compliant and operationally ready. Provide guidance and coaching to Regional and Store Managers on OHS requirements and systems. Support consistent operational standards and excellent service delivery across the business. REQUIREMENTS: Grade 12 required; relevant tertiary qualification advantageous. A recognised Occupational Health & Safety qualification/certification. 3–5 years' relevant experience in OHS, retail, restaurant operations, supervision or a related environment. Strong planning, coordination, administration and communication skills. Excellent English communication skills. Strong MS Office and intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills. Valid driver's licence and reliable own transport. A positive; energetic and health-oriented approach ; with a genuine interest in wellness, service excellence and the brand’s lifestyle. A confident and professional individual who can represent the brand positively with customers, store teams, suppliers and stakeholders.
