We are currently seeking experienced Zimbabwe Trails Guides for the new season, starting May/June 2027. This is a great opportunity for a passionate Trails Guide to join a pioneering conservation-focused property where guiding goes beyond wildlife - it is about storytelling, community engagement, and inspiring a deeper connection to nature through immersive, responsible tourism. The successful candidate will lead guests on foot through pristine wilderness, sharing not only expert knowledge of flora, fauna, and tracking, but also the deeper narrative of the land, its ecosystems, and the communities connected to it. This role calls for someone who takes pride in safety, professionalism, and delivering an authentic, immersive guest experience, while actively contributing to the property's conservation ethos and its commitment to responsible, sustainable tourism. Requirements Zimbabwe Professional Guide/Hunter qualification Trails Guide Lead and a Valid ARH Valid First Aid Certificate minimum level 1 Valid code 10 Drivers licence or equivalent with a valid PrDP. Minimum 3 years’ experience as a lead trails guide Skippers licence and canoeing experience is highly advantageous 4x4 driving skills. General knowledge of legal implications of being a Field Guide General vehicle maintenance knowledge Basic computer knowledge & inventory Salary – $1700 - $2,000+ net per month (based on experience Additional benefits.
