Hospitality and Outdoor – New Vacancy – Wildlife Manager Adventure Company – Private Game Reserve, Bela Bela Looking for a Wildlife Manager who will be responsible for the comprehensive care, management, and conservation of wildlife across the Reserve, which includes the free roaming reserve, breeding camps, and the predator park. This role will ensure the health and welfare of all animals, promote ecological integrity, and support conservation ethics. The Wildlife Manager will collaborate with conservation bodies, veterinarians, internal departments and guests to maintain the Reserve’s high standards as a leading conservation and eco-tourism destination. Requirements · Matric · National Diploma or Degree in Nature Conservation, Wildlife Management, or related discipline. · Minimum 5 years of experience, including hands-on predator and breeding animal care. · Valid SA Driver’s License (Code B or higher). · Firearm competency (advantageous). · Proven experience with species such as Roan, Sable, Buffalo, Zebra, and Impala. · Proficient in MS Office and wildlife data systems. · Comprehensive knowledge of South African wildlife and ecosystems. · Skilled in animal tracking, monitoring, handling, breeding programs and also game auction processes · Strong leadership and staff management ability. · Effective communication (written and verbal). · High ethical standards and commitment to wildlife welfare. · Be prepared to work irregular hours, including weekends and emergencies · Must be physically fit with hands on attitude and have excellent bush skills Responsibilities · Wildlife Monitoring and Conservation · Animal Health and Welfare · Breeding Camp Management · Predator Park Management · Habitat and Resource Management · Team Leadership and Staff Supervision · Stakeholders and Guest Engagement · Administration and Reporting Package on offer · Salary – R 20 000 – R 30 000 pm DOE · Single live in accommodation · Company benefits Starting date: expected 1st March 2026
