The Role As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be the face of the restaurant, directly responsible for delivering world-class service and creating memorable moments for every guest. Key Responsibilities Guest Service: Welcome guests warmly, guide them through the menu, make personalized recommendations, and take accurate food and beverage orders. Service Delivery: Serve dishes and drinks promptly and efficiently, ensuring tables are maintained to the highest standards throughout the meal. Menu Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the menu, including ingredients, potential allergens, and daily specials, to confidently answer guest questions. Team Collaboration: Work closely with back-of-house (kitchen) and front-of-house colleagues to ensure smooth service flow and a seamless dining experience. Cleanliness & Hygiene: Adhere strictly to side-station setup duties, table clearing, and overall restaurant health and safety guidelines. What Our Client Is Looking For Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar service role within a high-volume restaurant, premium casual café, or luxury hotel environment. Personality: Bubbly, energetic, and guest-focused with a strong work ethic. Communication: Excellent verbal English communication skills. The ability to converse confidently with an international clientele is essential. Presentation: Immaculate personal grooming and professional presentation.
