The Role As a Waiter, you will act as a brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional, high-touch luxury service. You will guide guests through an exquisite menu, anticipate their needs, and ensure that every visit reflects the premium standard expected of a world-renowned French café. Key Responsibilities Luxury Guest Experience: Provide a warm, sophisticated welcome and deliver polished, seamless table service to an international and discerning clientele. Menu & Brand Expertise: Maintain an extensive knowledge of the French culinary offerings, artisanal beverages, pastries, and ingredients to confidently assist and upsell to guests. Operational Standards: Ensure tables and stations are immaculately set up and maintained according to global luxury brand guidelines. Team Synergy: Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure efficient service delivery and optimal guest satisfaction. What Our Client Is Looking For Experience: Proven experience as a Waiter within a luxury café, high-end restaurant, or 5-star hospitality environment. Presentation & Grooming: Immaculate personal presentation, professional grooming, and an elegant demeanor aligned with a luxury brand image. Communication: Fluent in English with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Work Ethic: A highly motivated team player who thrives in a premium, fast-paced service environment. What’s on Offer Salary: Tax-free total salary of 5;500 AED per month. Tips & Incentives: Additional monthly tips (~200 AED) plus performance-based incentives/bonuses on hitting targets. Relocation Support: Relocation flight ticket provided, plus 30 days of company accommodation upon arrival to support your transition. Comprehensive Benefits: Employment visa, medical insurance, and an annual flight ticket home. Schedule: 6 working days, 1 day off per week.
