Venue Manager | Canal Walk | Premium Entertainment A prestigious, high-profile venue located in the heart of Canal Walk is seeking an entrepreneurial VENUE MANAGER to spearhead its opening and operations. This is not a traditional restaurant role. This unique, multi-faceted venue will seamlessly blend a high-end gaming experience with a gourmet restaurant and a sophisticated bar. Operating daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, the venue offers a fast-paced, vibrant atmosphere that requires a sharp, polished leader to maintain world-class standards. The Role As the Venue Manager, you will have complete operational autonomy. You will treat the venue as your own business, taking full accountability for its commercial success, brand reputation, and day-to-day excellence. Leading a dedicated, close-knit team of approximately 10 staff members, you will foster a culture of exceptional guest service and seamless teamwork. START: ASAP Key Responsibilities: Full Operational Accountability: Oversee all daily floor operations across the gaming, restaurant, and bar zones, ensuring a premium guest experience from open to close. Financial & Budgetary Control: Take full ownership of profit and loss (P&L), managing budgets, controlling costs, and driving revenue growth. Team Leadership: Hire, train, schedule, and mentor a high-performing team of ~10 staff, leading by example on the floor. Independent Decision Making: Run the outlet independently, troubleshooting challenges proactively without needing constant supervision. Compliance & Standards: Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, food hygiene, and licensing regulations. What We Are Looking For: A proven track record as a General Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Venue Manager within premium hospitality, dining, or entertainment-led venues. True Autonomy: Demonstrated experience running an outlet independently, with full responsibility for staffing, operations, and financial performance. Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of hospitality metrics, inventory control, and budget management. Polished Leadership: Excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to motivate a team during peak trading hours. Flexibility to work shifts aligned with the venue's 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM operating hours, including weekends and public holidays.
