Unit Manager – Corporate Catering – Sandton / Randburg Our client, a well-established and reputable corporate catering company, is seeking an experienced and hands-on Unit Manager to join their corporate catering division based in Sandton / Randburg. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong hospitality professional with experience managing large teams, food service operations, stock control, and financial performance within a busy catering, canteen, or contract catering environment. Package & Details • 6 Days per Week • Permanent Position • Salary: R20,000 – R25,000 per month, dependent on experience and qualifications. Job Description Manage the day-to-day operations of the catering unit Supervise and lead a large team of staff Ensure high standards of food quality and service delivery Manage stock control, ordering, and wastage Monitor budgets, food costs, and overall unit profitability Maintain strong client relationships Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards Complete administrative duties and operational reporting Minimum Requirements Minimum 3–5 years' experience in hospitality, catering, or canteen management Experience managing large teams within a food service environment Strong stock control and financial management skills Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards Good communication, leadership, and administrative skills Computer literate Based in or willing to work in the Sandton / Randburg area
