Live-in Position
Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an organised and detail-focused Stores Administrator to join a luxury private game reserve in the Sabi Sands.
This is an excellent opportunity for an administrative professional with strong stock control experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and takes pride in maintaining accurate inventory systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the day-to-day management of the stores department
- Receive, check and process deliveries accurately
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory systems
- Monitor stock levels and assist with stock ordering
- Conduct regular stock takes and investigate discrepancies
- Ensure correct storage, rotation and issuing of stock
- Maintain organised and clean storerooms
- Process invoices, delivery notes and relevant documentation
- Assist with cost control and stock reporting
- Work closely with various lodge departments regarding stock requirements
- Ensure company procedures and controls are consistently followed
Requirements
- Previous stores, stock control or administration experience within a luxury hospitality environment would be advantageous
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good computer literacy and confidence with stock management systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Professional, reliable and proactive approach
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
