Role Overview
The Spa Therapist will provide professional treatments, ensure excellent guest service, and contribute to the overall wellness and relaxation experience offered by the hotel.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver a range of spa treatments in line with hotel standards
Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming spa environment
Maintain accurate treatment records and guest notes
Promote spa services and retail products to guests
Uphold high standards of hygiene and compliance with health and safety regulations
Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues
Requirements
Relevant spa therapy qualification and experience in a luxury hotel or high-end spa environment
Strong customer service and communication skills
Professional, friendly, and client-focused approach
Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene practices in spa treatments
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
