The Role
Develop and maintain engaging, impactful Power BI dashboards and reports.
Optimise and support the organisation's Karbon practice management environment.
Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
Enhance integration and communication between critical business systems.
Create practical and user-friendly Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Support system enhancement projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Deliver training and support to ensure the successful adoption of new tools and processes.
Translate business requirements into effective, data-driven solutions.
About You
3–7 years' experience in Business Analysis, Business Intelligence, Systems Analysis, Process Improvement, or a similar role.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong experience with Power BI and data modelling.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication skills and ability to engage non-technical users.
Advantageous Experience
Karbon practice management software.
Xero or Xero Practice Manager (XPM).
Microsoft Power Automate.
SQL and database querying.
Professional services, accounting, audit, tax, or consulting experience.
Qualifications
BCom Information Systems, Business Information Technology, or related qualification.
PL-300, CBAP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications.

Remuneration
R360,000 to R600,000 per annum depending on experience.
