ProStaffSelect are recruiting for a SPA MANAGER and SPA THERAPISTS to join this dedicated team offering attractive benefits and commissions. Fluent English is ESSENTIAL and any foreign languages will be beneficial. Attractive and immaculate presentation with impeccable personal hygiene. REQUIREMENTS: International Qualification (CIDESCO/CIBTAC/ITEC or Equivalent. Minimum 3 Years’ Experience as a Spa Manager, Assistant Spa Manager, or in a senior spa leadership role. Previous experience within a luxury hotel, spa, or wellness environment. Proficient in Retail and Treatments: Facials, Massage, Manicures & Pedicures. Cruise Liner Experience would be of an advantage. Proven ability to drive sales, retail performance, and guest satisfaction. Experience using spa booking systems and Microsoft Office. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills. Financial understanding of budgets, stock control, labour management, and reporting. MUST have a confident, friendly personality & professional appearance and able to relate to clients of all ages with a passion for luxury hospitality and wellness. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the daily operation of the spa, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and luxury service standards. Manage and motivate the spa team, including therapists, reception, reservations, and housekeeping. Drive treatment revenue, retail sales, memberships, and promotional initiatives. Monitor bookings, occupancy, guest satisfaction, and business performance. Recruit; train, coach, and develop staff while maintaining high performance standards. Prepare staff rosters and oversee daily operational planning. Manage stock control, ordering, retail inventory, and departmental expenses. Ensure accurate cash handling, reporting, and operational administration. Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, health, and safety. Handle guest concerns professionally and implement service improvements where required. Work closely with senior management to achieve operational and financial objectives.
