Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Lodge Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the lodge.
Manage and support lodge staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Ensure high standards in housekeeping, food & beverage service, and maintenance.
Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and resolve any queries or issues professionally.
Maintain stock control and ordering procedures for lodge supplies.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Assist in financial administration including budgets, cost control, and reporting.
Step in as acting Lodge Manager when required.
Previous experience in lodge/hospitality management, preferably in a safari or luxury environment.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and guest service abilities.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and in a remote environment.
A passion for hospitality, wildlife, and conservation.
