This full-time, island-based role suits chefs from luxury lodges, yachts, or private households who can navigate remote logistics and deliver consistent, high-standard service. You will support the Executive Chef in creating refined, themed menus — from Asian to Moroccan, French, and more — typically served buffet-style during exclusive guest charters and monthly owner visits. This is a rare opportunity for a versatile, hands-on chef to join a world-class hospitality team in one of the most secluded destinations in the region. ???????????? Minimum 5 years’ experience in luxury hospitality, yachting, or private estate kitchens. Broad international culinary skillset, with ability to deliver diverse cuisines to a high standard. Professional; adaptable, and calm under pressure – with a positive attitude and strong communication skills. Excellent understanding of food safety, hygiene, and remote provisioning. Able to thrive in isolated, close-knit team environments with minimal external social stimulation. Previous remote, yacht, or island-based experience is highly advantageous. ??? ???????????????? Support the Executive Chef in preparing varied international cuisines for both guest charters and owner visits. Execute daily menus with precision, including themed buffets and bespoke requests. Assist in inventory planning and provisioning with attention to shelf-life, logistics, and seasonal availability. Maintain excellent hygiene, kitchen safety, and organisational standards at all times. Contribute to the smooth running of the culinary operation, including training junior staff as needed. Bring creativity, consistency, and professionalism to every meal, even in low-volume periods.
