??? ??????????? ??????????? is currently assisting an exclusive luxury safari lodge in Zambia to recruit an experienced ????? ?????????? ?????? This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, hands-on couple with a complementing and well-balanced skill set to manage all aspects of a remote luxury lodge, delivering an exceptional guest experience while overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of the property. The successful couple will share joint responsibility for the overall management of the lodge, encompassing food & beverage, guest relations, staff leadership, procurement, logistics and financial administration, working closely together to ensure the property runs smoothly and guests receive a consistently exceptional experience. Requirements • Hospitality, Lodge Management, or related Degree or Diploma • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the luxury safari/hospitality industry, ideally in a remote setting • A complementing and well-balanced skill set as a couple • Proven ability to manage a remote lodge including staff leadership, training and HR management across departments • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, reporting and cost control • Experience with procurement and stock management, ensuring efficient and cost-effective supply chains • Sound knowledge of health & safety, food hygiene, and hospitality service standards • Working knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS), reservations, and general office administration • Willingness and ability to live and work on a remote property for extended contract cycles • Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills, with a calm, hands-on approach Salary – On application ➡️PLEASE NOTE – Although we appreciate all applications received, we will only reply to those candidates who have the background and experience required.
