Guest Relations Officer (Groups) - Luxury Game Lodge - Waterberg, Limpopo Kendrick Recruitment is searching for a warm, organised and highly guest-focused Guest Relations Officer specialising in group coordination, for a well-established luxury safari lodge set within the iconic Waterberg wilderness, Limpopo - part of a well-known and respected hospitality group with over 30 years in the industry. This is a dedicated group-facing role. You will be the primary point of contact for group guests from the moment they arrive at the airport to the moment they depart - ensuring every touchpoint of their stay is seamless, personalised and memorable. Minimum Requirements: Minimum 2 to 3 years' experience in a guest relations, hosting or front office role within a luxury lodge or hotel environment Proven experience managing or coordinating groups advantageous Excellent interpersonal skills with a warm, professional and proactive hosting style Strong organisational and logistical coordination ability Calm under pressure with sound problem-solving skills Well-presented and well-spoken with excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) Additional languages advantageous Proficient in MS Office; experience with Opera or similar PMS advantageous Valid South African driver's license - essential Valid PrDP (Professional Driving Permit) - essential Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays Stable work history with contactable references Key Responsibilities: Serve as the dedicated point of contact for all group guests throughout their stay Coordinate and manage all group logistics from airport arrival through to departure, including transfers Welcome and escort groups, overseeing check-in, room allocations and group briefings Anticipate group needs and communicate proactively with all relevant lodge departments Coordinate group activity schedules, dining arrangements and special requests Handle group queries, concerns and service recovery professionally and efficiently Maintain accurate group guest profiles, preferences and feedback records Liaise closely with reservations, F&B, housekeeping and guiding teams to ensure smooth group operations Uphold the lodge's luxury service standards at every guest interaction Package: Market-related salary (details shared with shortlisted candidates) Live-in: Accommodation and meals provided Should you feel you are the right fit for this role, please apply with your updated CV, contactable references and a recent head & shoulders photo ASAP! ?
