The Cavern Drakensberg Resort & Spa & Sungubala Eco Camp The Cavern Drakensberg Resort & Spa, together with our sister property Sungubala Eco Camp, is seeking an experienced and committed Management Couple to join our team in the Northern Drakensberg. This is a hands-on, lifestyle role, ideally suited to a couple who enjoy working in hospitality, value teamwork, and take pride in creating exceptional guest experiences in a family-oriented and environmentally conscious setting. The position may be particularly attractive to a couple with young children, who would have the opportunity to attend our foundation phase school, Royal Drakensberg Primary. Role - Bookkeeping & Office Administration Responsibilities will include: Bookkeeping and day-to-day financial administration Office management and reservation support Invoicing; payments, reconciliations, and accurate record keeping Assisting with reporting and compliance requirements Liaising with suppliers, service providers, and head office The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and experience in bookkeeping or hospitality administration. Role - Guest Relations, Maintenance & Operations Responsibilities will include: Overseeing daily operations across The Cavern and Sungubala Eco Camp Guest relations, ensuring a warm, welcoming, and memorable guest experience Coordinating general maintenance, upkeep of buildings, grounds, and infrastructure Supervising staff and supporting operational teams Practical problem-solving and on-the-ground operational support A hands-on, people-focused approach with experience in hospitality operations, maintenance, or facilities management is essential.
